The new Futuras will be used for travel to and from various tourist destinations throughout Europe.
“The relationship with VDL is very important to us. It feels like a comfortable, trusted partnership. We are very happy with the VDL coaches in our fleet. So based on our good experience in the past, buying VDL again was simply the logical choice,” says Alex Petrescu, General Manager of DACOS.
Siebren de Boer, Area Sales Manager VDL Bus & Coach: “This order confirms our good relationship with DACOS. We see it as a sign of appreciation that our latest generation of products will have the chance to prove their value with this loyal customer.”
Since October 2015 EVW Holding has been the official importer of the VDL Bus & Coach products in Romania and is also responsible for the after-sales activities in the Romanian market. “For us, the delivery of these VDL Futuras is a wonderful start in the Romanian market. This will increase the visibility of the VDL brand, and the fact that DACOS, a decades-long VDL customer, has once again chosen VDL shows that the brand has a lot to offer,” says Stefan Vâju, CEO EVW Holding.
